After doing hard work to recover from my eating disorder, perfectionism, and exercise addiction I am passionate to help you listen and trust your body, help you transform your relationship with food, health, and body image. I take a yogic and holistic approach to help others heal their relationship with their body image and eating challenges from binge eating, emotional eating, to over exercising, chronic dieting, and weight issues. Stop obsessing about food and workouts. Instead be empowered and free to be YOU, no matter how your body and life changes. I'll help you get there with a positive, compassionate, and holistic approach.
